- Pre-authorization through Client Support Center: in conjunction with the staff in your clinic, our Client Support Center team works with insurance companies on completing pre-authorization. By shifting the majority of this responsibility from your clinic staff to our Client Support Center, you have a dedicated team who works pre-authorizations through to resolution and free up your staff’s time for other tasks.
- Human Resource Management: an engaged and satisfied staff is a key factor in driving patient satisfaction. We help our clients in the selection, training, and development of their staff at every stage of the practice’s life. We can help tailor communication and education which drives clinic culture and reduce staff turnover.
- Focused Audits: our team of certified billers complete regular audits of bills and records. We can help identify, through comparison to best practices and external benchmarks, where opportunities for improvement exist. Our team provides education and resources on effective and proper coding. We focus on helping you take credit for all the services being provided.

- Staff Development: 24 Karat continually evaluates the Key Performance Indicators for our client and trends the information to determine where areas of educational opportunity exist. Our approach is focused on continual performance improvement. One of the Key Performance Indicators we feel is critical is measuring patient satisfaction. We provide an online survey of a sample of your patients each month.
